surprisingly good!

helpful staff good cleaning convenient location

the staff were so nice. cleaning was good too. i like the location because it near things, though very quiet during the night. i really thank mahmod, hamdy and ahmad for being helpful . alam eldin and mahmod in house kipping did a great job and reda, ahmad, mahmod and moaz were nice in the restaurant.

the apartment has sea views. the room was cleaned every day. necessities, such as towels, were replaced on time. khadr and mahmoud gamea made sure i had everything i needed.

all the people are cooperative at the front office. hamdi ammar and mahmoud jamaa from housekeeping are dedicated. there is variety at the restaurants. i like the employees attitude at four course restaurant.

fantastic family stay

excellent service diverse food three properties beach activities

i experienced excellent service from the staff, particularly at reception. hamdy, remon, mahmoud, mohamed, and abd el hady provided really good assistance . the hotel offers access to facilities across three associated properties. the aqua park and beach activities are very well maintained. i also found diverse food options available, especially within the sister hotels. the buffet provided good options daily with a wide selection of fruits and vegetables.

the room i stayed in had some outdated elements. there were also limited utensils in the kitchen area.

the staff members were very responsive and helpful with requests (i was impressed). i especially appreciated the quick resolutions to any minor issues that arose during my vacation. they also assisted with local information and directions.

my apartment included standard amenities such as air conditioning and a television. the housekeeping service was consistent and maintained the cleanliness of the room throughout the stay. the size of the apartment was adequate for a family.

new machines attentive lifeguard shared facilities

The resort allows access to three different hotels with shared facilities. The gym was super clean and equipped with new machines! Lifeguards were very attentive. They carefully monitored guests and were friendly.

The hotel does not have a restaurant. Guests must cross a road to reach dining options.

nice staff clean room perfect experience

Mahmoud Ezzat and Mahmoud Gamea were very nice. The room was very clean. I found the whole experience perfect (I didn't expect that!).
